This extremely thin and lightweight insole ensures long-lasting comfort while helping to control supination and relieving knee and ankle pain. A Nylon top cover reduces friction, keeps it breathable and helps prevents and relieve blisters and calluses. With a Poron foam cushioning middle layer, this insole is durable and resilient to long term wear.
